Creating A place of Your Own For Your Transition Initiative

Have you ever wished that your Transition Initiative had its own space for meetings, events, workshops, projects and demonstration spaces for how to grow food, repair items, support pollinators, connect with nature, create local fiber and more?  Come and learn how one very small non-profit, the Community Ecology Institute, was able to acquire a 6.4 acre organic farm in Columbia, Maryland to create a Community Ecology Center where people can learn through hands on experiences about how they can have happier, healthier, more connected and more sustainable lives.
