Keeping The Heart Open: Mindfulness for Challenging Times
October 3 @ 8:00 am - 9:30 am PDT
Join us for a morning of connection with ourselves, each other, and the Earth that holds us. In this session, we will utilize varying practices of mindfulness meditation to cultivate a resilient yet responsive heart. Our hope is that this session will serve as a simple reminder of the wondrous qualities innate within you so that you can continue the intimate work of service for the good of all.
