Seeding Bioregional Organizing at the Regenerative Communities Summit
August 24, 2021 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm EDT

Register here for the August 24 National Network Conversation to explore and seed bioregional organizing possibilities in preparation for the Bioregional Organizing Breakouts at the Transition US Regenerative Communities Summit.
Please note, due to a technical error you will need to register for this event even if you have previously registered for our series of national network calls.
Transition US is excited to announce that our 2021 Regenerative Communities Summit has now been scheduled for Friday, September 24th through Sunday, October 10th. The closing day of the Summit will feature a 3-hour session on Bioregional Organizing, including a panel highlighting different models of bioregional organizing, as well as extended breakout group discussions by bioregion/regional hub.
To prepare for this opportunity to engage a wider audience in our work organizing our bioregions to grow the movement for the regenerative, just, and resilient communities, we are inviting folks who are interested in or have already begun organizing in your bioregions (beyond just your local group) to join a national network strategy call on August 24.
The strategy session has multiple goals: 1) learn and share about how regional hubs are developing in different parts of the US 2) brainstorm how to best utilize the bioregional breakout space during the Summit to catalyze and move forward regional hub development in your area; 3) determining the (fluid) boundaries or defining characteristics of each bioregion/region; 4) identifying strategic questions unique to your bioregion/regional hub to explore during your bioregional breakout session at the Summit; etc.
