Transition US is currently looking for a Network Development and Design professional with the vision, skills, and desire to create meaningful change and support community-led innovations and interventions that will help us transition to a more regenerative and just world. We are looking for a teammate to join us during a period of exciting growth and help us amplify the impact and reach of Transition US and the greater regenerative communities movement through our ReGeneration Nation Campaign. ReGeneration Nation will serve as our programmatic and strategic focus through 2025. TUS is also working to shift towards a worker self-directed non-profit structure where staff holds greater shared leadership and responsibility for the organization. 

This is a growth position in terms of time, salary, and leadership in the organization. We envision this position starting at approximately 25 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing to 32 hours per week. Salary commensurate with experience ($26-$30/hour to start). Benefits include basic health insurance, paid time off, and sick leave.
